This service incurs a small charge (unless you live within one of our free collection postcodes) but our customers find this facility invaluable in today’s busy world. Our drivers are all insured comprehensively, clean, presentable and will protect your vehicle with seat and steering wheel covers.
If you live in the WA9, WA10, WA11, L34, L35 post code areas, our collection/delivery service is free of charge.
We branded our aftersales facility “Servicing Pro” because we were concerned that if we branded the facility Vans North West Ltd, it may prevent non-van or non-commercial vehicle customers coming in to use our facilities.

In 2015, Vans North West Ltd identified a need for an “in House” aftersales facility to support our ever-increasing number of sales, rental and leasing customers.
In 2016, we embarked on the journey with some very clear objectives of what we wanted to achieve. With most of our key members of staff having worked within a main dealer franchise environment, we decided to pick all of the positives offered in such environments and removed all of the unsavoury characteristics that we had experienced in our previous roles.
Our mission was to offer a state-of-the-art facility to rival any modern franchise dealer workshop facility, but without the arrogance and poor customer service levels that our customers had experienced at the main dealers, and critically at a substantially reduced cost when compared to other main dealer franchises.
On completion of the workshop build, we built the aftersales team one by one, starting with one Technician. The success of the facility is represented by how quickly the team has grown in a short period of time, growing to a respectful size of 5 Technicians, an Aftersales Manager and a Customer Service Advisor in just 3 years. The facility has been built to accommodate a capacity of 7 Technicians, and at the current rate of uptake from our growing number of customers, we will reach maximum capacity before 2022.
Creating our own aftersales facility would prove to be a very important decision to ultimately enable us to continue to extend excellent levels of service and control the quality of work and care provided to our customers beyond the vehicle acquisition.
