When your vehicle is ready, our experienced Account Managers will arrange an appointment for you to visit us to collect your vehicle at a date and time to suit you.
On arrival, please check-in at our reception.
Step 2 – Completion of Documentation
Your dedicated Account Manager will take you through and complete the documentation process, such as the new keeper slip (V5c) and hand over all relevant paperwork such as MOT, service pack, owners manual, etc.
If you have taken out finance on your new vehicle, our dedicated Finance Manager will help you complete this documentation.
Step 3 – Settling Payment
You can settle the deposit payment or balance in full for your new vehicle by card machine payment (we accept Debit Card payments / we do not accept Credit Card payments), BAC’s transfer or Van Sales UK finance.
Step 4 – Drive Away – Back to Work!
Your Account Manager will provide a professional handover on your vehicle discussing controls, features & benefits, etc before you set off on your journey.
